How fast do I get paid?
Right after the in-store check, usually about 15 minutes. Cash App and cash are paid on the spot, and store credit is added right away.
How long is my online offer good for?
7 days. It stays the same as long as the model, storage and condition match what you picked.
Why might my in-store offer change?
Only if the model, storage or condition differs from what you picked online. We show you what we found, and you can say no.
Can I sell a phone that isn't paid off?
Not until it's paid off. We check every IMEI, and we can't buy devices with an unpaid carrier balance or a lost or stolen report.
Do I need an ID?
Yes, a valid government photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older.
What do you do with my data?
We erase every device before we pay you, in front of you, after you've signed out of iCloud, Google or your console account.
Can I get more by taking store credit?
Yes. Store credit gets 10% more than the cash offer, and you can use it on a phone, accessory or repair at our McDonough store.
Do you buy in bulk?
Yes, for businesses, schools and upgrade programs. Call (678) 782-5777 for a bulk quote.
Do you buy iPhones with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen or back glass lowers the offer but we still buy it, as long as the iPhone powers on. iPhones that won't turn on are bought for parts value.
Do you buy Galaxy phones with screen burn-in?
Yes. Light burn-in lowers the offer a little. Heavy burn-in or a green or pink line is graded as broken, and we still buy it.
Do you buy Pixel Fold phones?
Yes, Pixel Fold, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Pixel 10 Pro Fold and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. We check both screens and the hinge.
Do you buy a PS5 with no HDMI signal?
Yes. HDMI port repair is one of the most common jobs at our store, so a PS5 with no picture still gets a solid offer.
Do you buy Xbox One consoles?
Yes, Xbox One X and One S, at lower offers than the Series consoles.
Do you buy a Switch with Joy-Con drift?
Yes. Drift lowers the offer a little. We replace sticks in-house before resale.
Do you buy Intel MacBooks?
Yes, from 2018 on, at lower offers than Apple silicon models. Older Intel Macs may only be worth recycling.
Do you buy iPads with cracked glass?
Yes. Cracked glass lowers the offer, but we buy it as long as the iPad powers on.
Do I need to bring the band?
No. We buy the watch itself. Keep your band.
Do you buy a single AirPod or just the case?
Yes, at a lower offer than a full set.
Should I repair my phone first or sell it broken?
