Disc or digital
Disc editions get a higher offer. For the Slim and Pro, an attached disc drive counts toward the offer.
HDMI and power
No picture, a loose HDMI port or a console that won't power on still gets an offer, because we repair those in-house.
Controller and cables
Bring the DualSense, power cable and HDMI cable. Missing items lower the offer a little.
Fan noise and overheating
A loud fan or shutdowns from dust are fine. We clean and repaste consoles before resale.

Yes. HDMI port repair is one of the most common jobs at our store, so a PS5 with no picture still gets a solid offer.
Do you buy the PS5 Pro without a disc drive?
Yes. The PS5 Pro is digital out of the box. If you bought the separate disc drive, bring it for a higher offer.
Can I sell PS5 controllers by themselves?
Yes. DualSense and DualSense Edge controllers get offers, even with stick drift.
How fast do I get paid?
