System Settings › General › About › System Report › Power shows the cycle count. Under 300 cycles is ideal.
Screen and keyboard
Pressure marks, delamination or sticky keys lower the offer. A cracked screen still sells.
Activation Lock
A MacBook signed in to Find My can't be resold. Sign out of iCloud before you come in.

- Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find MySystem Settings › your name › Sign Out.
- Back up with Time MachineWe erase every Mac before we pay you.
- Erase the MacSystem Settings › General › Transfer or Reset › Erase All Content and Settings. We can help in store.

Yes, from 2018 on, at lower offers than Apple silicon models. Older Intel Macs may only be worth recycling.
Do you buy MacBooks with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen lowers the offer, but we buy it and repair it in-house.
Do you buy Windows laptops?
Yes, newer business and gaming laptops. Call or text with the model and we'll quote it.
How fast do I get paid?
Right after the in-store check, usually about 15 minutes. Cash App and cash are paid on the spot, and store credit is added right away.
Do I need an ID?
Yes, a valid government photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older.
