What we check on your iPhone
Activation Lock (Find My)
We can't buy an iPhone that's still signed in to someone's Apple ID. Turn off Find My before you come, or we'll help you do it in store.
Battery health
Settings › Battery › Battery Health shows the percentage. Above 85% gets the best offer. Under 80% lowers it a little, but we still buy it.
Screen and Face ID
A cracked screen or back glass lowers the offer. Face ID that no longer works lowers it more, because it can't be repaired with a new screen.
Carrier lock
Unlocked iPhones get the top offer. Locked to AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile is fine as long as the phone is paid off and not blacklisted.

Do you buy iPhones with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen or back glass lowers the offer but we still buy it, as long as the iPhone powers on. iPhones that won't turn on are bought for parts value.
Can I sell an iPhone that's still on a payment plan?
Only once it's paid off. Phones with a carrier balance get flagged on the IMEI, and we check every IMEI before we pay.
What if I forgot my Apple ID password?
Reset it at iforgot.apple.com before you come in. We can't buy an iPhone with Activation Lock still on.
Do you buy iPhones with an 'unknown part' message?
Yes. If a past repair used a non-Apple screen or battery, the offer is a little lower, and we'll show you why.
How fast do I get paid?
Right after the in-store check, usually about 15 minutes. Cash App and cash are paid on the spot, and store credit is added right away.
Do I need an ID?
Yes, a valid government photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older.
